- 担当施設（Key Account）における本社ブランド戦略を実行し、製品価値を最大化する
- エリアにおける本社ブランド戦略の実行を支援し、製品価値を最大化する
- バイオ医薬品（バイオシミラーを含む）の速やかな市場導入をリードする
職務責任：
- 担当施設（Key Account）における、バイオセイム、バイオシミラーの採用プロセスを理解し、意思決定者に対する適切な情報提供と採用活動を行う
- 担当施設（Key Account）における、ビジネスプランを立案し実行する
- バイオシミラー事業本部MRと緊密に連携し、エリアにおけるアカウントマネジメントにも関与、支援する
- ファイナンス＆ストラテジー 流通政策と連携し、医薬品卸施策をエリア全体として強力に推進する
- マーケティング/メディカル・アフェアーズ部門と連携し、ブランドのパフォーマンスを最適化する
- 他事業本部との連携窓口として情報共有を推進し、クロスファンクショナルな協同をリードする
- Webセミナーや関連学会等のPeer to Peer Program に関する戦略の立案と実行
- バイオシミラー事業本部 営業部 District Sales Managerへダイレクトレポートする
応募要件：
- MR認定資格を保持する
- 製薬会社にてMRやSales部門での経験を8年以上もつ
- 製薬会社にてMRとして、医薬品卸施策を窓口としてリードし医薬品卸との協働や流通戦略を主導し、新規採用・口座開設等において成果を創出した経験
- 大学病院や基幹病院等のキーアカウントを担当し、関連施設や地域への波及効果を通じて高い成果を創出した経験
- チームやプロジェクトをリードし、高い成果をあげた経験
- ビジネス課題や目的に沿って論理的・合理的に考え、機敏に行動することができる
- 社内外のステークホルダーに対して、優れたコミュニケーション能力・調整能力・交渉能力を有する
- チームや組織のために率先垂範で行動することができる
- コンプライアンスを遵守し正しい倫理観をもって行動し説明責任を果たすことができる
