  • 担当Districtの営業戦略を立案・実行し、製品価値および事業成果を最大化する
  • 顧客・重点施設の優先順位付けを行い、Amgenの評価・ブランド価値を高め、販売目標を達成する
  • バイオセイム、バイオシミラーの速やかな市場導入と持続的成長をリードする
  • 各種施策の進捗を確認・推進し、人財育成および強い組織づくりを主導する
  • フィールドと本社の橋渡し役として、変革イニシアチブを推進する

職務責任：

  • 担当Districtの新製品・剤型追加等の上市、売上予算達成、収益確保および市場浸透に向け、エリア目標・アクションプランを策定・推進する
  • 重点施設・グループ病院に関するアカウント戦略を指揮し、顧客との良好な関係を構築する
  • MRおよびKey Account Managerを対象に、OJT・コーチング・トレーニングを通じて人財育成と業績達成を促進する
  • 副作用・苦情への確実な対応を支援する
  • ファイナンス＆ストラテジー 流通政策等と連携し、医薬品卸幹部とのコミュニケーションを密にとり施策を強力に推進する
  • バイオシミラー事業本部 Regional Sales Directorへダイレクトレポートする

応募要件：

    • MR認定資格
    • 製薬企業におけるMRまたは営業部門での10年以上の経験
    • 営業戦略・マーケティング戦略の立案および実行経験
    • データ分析に基づく戦略的思考力（Business Acumen）
    • 医薬品卸施策に関する実務経験及びシェア拡大・口座獲得の実績
    • 医薬品業界、市場環境、医薬制度および関連ガイドラインに関する知識
    • 社内外に対して優れたコミュニケーション能力、交渉力およびステークホルダーマネジメント能力
    • コーチング、チェンジマネジメントを通じて組織をリードできる能力
    • 常に前向きに新しいことへ挑戦するGrowth Mindsetと、高いオーナーシップ
    • コンプライアンスを遵守し、正しい倫理観をもって行動し説明責任を果たすことができる
