Your challenge: How do we make complex, regulated journeys feel simple, coherent and trustworthy across the whole ecosystem? \nYou’ll work across Identity, KYC, Wallet, Payments, CRM, Loyalty and Personalisation, partnering closely with Product, Technology, Compliance and Operations. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker with strong craft who can take regulatory and technical complexity and turn it into something customers barely notice. You care deeply about trust, coherence and making the hard things feel simple. \n Responsibilities \nWhat you’ll own \nRegistration and onboarding \nIdentity and account management \nKYC and verification \nWallet, deposits and withdrawals \nCustomer preferences and consent \nLoyalty and rewards surfaces \nPersonalisation and lifecycle experiences \nResponsible Gaming interactions \nShared patterns and platform design standards \nResearch, prototyping and validation \nWithin 12 months, you will have: \nSimplified key platform journeys \nImproved registration and payment conversion \nReduced friction in regulated experiences \nCreated reusable patterns across products \nHelped establish a coherent FanMo customer experience \nEmbedded Design early into platform decisions \nRequired Qualifications \n7+ years of Product Design experience across complex consumer digital products. \nExperience designing for fintech, banking, payments, marketplaces, super-apps, telecom or other regulated consumer products. \nStrong interaction design and systems thinking skills, with the ability to simplify complex requirements. \nStrong experience with research, prototyping and validation. \nExperience working cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Compliance and Operations. \nExperience designing shared experiences, patterns and systems across multiple products or customer journeys. \nExperience leveraging AI to accelerate prototyping, exploration, synthesis and iteration. \nPreferred Qualifications \nExperience in digital identity or KYC, wallets and payments, loyalty, regulated consumer products, design systems, or UAE/GCC markets. \nIf you possess some of these qualifications but not all of them, we still encourage you to apply! \nAt Fanatics Momentum, we’re proud to be a fair, transparent, and inclusive employer.
