If you want to help build a category-defining operator in one of the world's most exciting regulated gaming markets, this is the right time to join.\nLead Product Manager, Platform- Identity, Wallet and KYC \nOverview \nAs Lead Product Manager, Identity, Wallet, and KYC, you’ll own some of the most important shared customer journeys across FanMo.Your challenge: How do we make joining, verifying and transacting with FanMo feel simple and trusted while meeting the requirements of a regulated market? \nYou’ll sit at the intersection of customer experience, regulation, payments, fraud and technology, working across teams to build reliable, scalable customer capabilities that support the broader FanMo ecosystem. \nThe ideal candidate is a strong product thinker who can balance customer conversion with trust, fraud, compliance and operational complexity. You’re comfortable navigating complex regulated journeys and turning them into simple, reliable customer experiences.\nResponsibilities \nWhat you’ll own: \nRegistration and onboarding \nIdentity and account \nAuthentication and recovery \nKYC and verification \nWallet experience \nDeposits and withdrawals \nCustomer preferences and consent \nFraud and risk integrations \nConversion across onboarding and payments \nShared capabilities used across Sportsbook, Lottery and Fan Ecosystem \nWithin 12 months, you will have: \nSimplified registration and verification \nImproved onboarding and payment conversion \nReduced unnecessary customer friction \nImproved payment reliability and withdrawal experience\nCreated reusable platform capabilities across verticals \nBuilt strong Product, Technology, Compliance and Operations partnerships \n Required Qualifications \n7+ years of Product Management experience across fintech, digital banking, wallets, payments, marketplaces, gaming or other regulated B2C products. \nExperience balancing customer conversion with trust, fraud, compliance and operational complexity. \nStrong product craft across funnel optimisation, platform thinking, payments, regulated journeys, analytics and experimentation. \nExperience working cross-functionally across Product, Technology, Compliance and Operations. \nExperience owning complex customer journeys and shared platform capabilities end to end. \nExperience leveraging AI to accelerate insight and delivery, while ensuring high-impact customer and regulatory decisions remain appropriately controlled. \nPreferred Qualifications \nExperience in UAE or GCC markets, KYC or digital identity, wallets and payments, fraud or risk, gaming or other regulated products. \nIf you possess some of these qualifications but not all of them, we still encourage you to apply! \nAt Fanatics Momentum, we’re proud to be a fair, transparent, and inclusive employer.
