岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1、深入业务部门，了解业务战略与目标，主动获取业务部门的人力资源工作诉求;
2、结合业务部门需求，在招聘、培训等方面提供有效的解决方案并实施;
3、对业务部门进行人才盘点，关注关键人才的培养、发展和提升，帮助业务部门搭建人才梯队，推动组织与人才发展;
4、主动与管理层、员工互动，多形式有效沟通，确保内部信息的有效传递;
5、结合日常工作，参与完善人力资源制度、流程、体系，提升人力资源运作效率。
任职要求 / Requirements
1、本科及以上学历，1年以上人力资源HRBP工作经验; 熟悉法律法规政策; 有生物行业工作经验优先考虑;
2、在招聘模块具备丰富实践经验和较扎实的人力资源专业功底;
3、人际理解力、沟通协调能力强，善于整合资源驱动目标达成;
4、出色的多任务、多角色平衡能力，抗压性强，有自我调控能力;
5、具备极强的责任心和原则性，以及解决复杂问题的能力;
