Come make a difference at MGIC.\nWe're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our Creative Services team. In this role, you'll create compelling visual communications that bring our brand to life across marketing, sales, digital, event and internal channels.\nWe're seeking a creative problem-solver who combines strong design skills with an understanding of audience, message and business objectives. You'll collaborate with writers, project partners and fellow creatives to develop engaging, brand-consistent communications that inform, inspire and deliver results.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign creative solutions for print and digital communications, including presentations, social media, email, advertising, sales materials, events and internal communications.\nTranslate business objectives and messaging into clear, compelling visual communications.\nApply strong design fundamentals, including typography, layout, visual hierarchy, imagery and color.\nEnsure brand consistency across all deliverables while exercising sound creative judgment.\nProduce polished, production-ready deliverables with a high level of accuracy.\nCollaborate with writers, designers, creative leaders, project managers and business partners.\nPresent design concepts and explain creative recommendations.\nManage multiple projects and competing priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.\nIncorporate feedback effectively while maintaining design integrity.\nStay current with design trends, emerging technologies and industry best practices.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nWhat You'll Bring\n2+ years of experience related to those described above or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop).\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.\nExperience using Figma for collaborative design and digital experiences.\nExperience designing both print and digital channels.\nDemonstrated ability to produce creative, high-quality work with strong attention to detail, as evidenced by a portfolio.\nExperience working within established brand standards and guidelines.\nCorporate or in-house creative experience is preferred.\nWhy You'll Love This Role\nWork on a wide variety of projects across digital, print, presentations, events and internal communications.\nPartner with talented creatives and business stakeholders across the organization.\nHelp shape how our brand is experienced by employees, customers and business partners.\nContribute to meaningful work while growing your skills in a collaborative creative environment.\nPay Range:\n$71,720.00 - $118,340.00This range aligns with current market data and reflects our commitment to competitive and equitable compensation.
