This individual\nwill provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle,\nensuring that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with\nbusiness objectives while working closely with project teams and\nstakeholders.\nRoles & Responsibilities\nDefine the overall MDM solution architecture and establish delivery standards and technical guidelines.\nPrepare and review detailed solution designs to ensure quality, scalability, and alignment with project requirements.\nApply industry best practices in:\nMaster Data Management (MDM)\nData Governance\nData Management\nSystems Integration\nBusiness Intelligence\nAnalytics\nCollaboratewith business and technical stakeholders to design and implement\nenterprise MDM strategies, governance frameworks, and rollout plans.\n\nWork closely with Project Managers regarding project scope, timelines, resource planning, and deliverables.\nDetermine implementation approaches based on approved solution architecture and design documentation.\nConduct architectural assessments and analyze business processes to recommend optimal solutions.\nSupport the creation of enterprise data models and user interface definitions.\nProvide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project team members.\nValidate infrastructure architecture and oversee environment configuration, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.\nDeliver solution knowledge transfer and technical training to project teams and stakeholders.\nDesign and coordinate testing strategies, including impact assessments and solution validation.\nLead performance tuning and optimization activities.\nParticipate in architecture reviews and technical solution governance throughout project delivery.\nTravel up to 20% as project requirements dictate.\nRequirements\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nMinimum 7 years of overall professional IT experience.\nMinimum 5 years of experience delivering large-scale enterprise data management projects.\nMinimum 3 years of hands-on implementation experience with Riversand/Syndigo PIM.\nMinimum 3 years of experience designing and maintaining enterprise data models.\nMinimum 3 years of experience developing with Java/J2EE or a comparable object-oriented programming language.\nMinimum 3 years of experience working with relational database technologies.\nMinimum 3 years of experience delivering enterprise IT or consulting projects for multiple clients.\nMinimum 2 years of experience leading technical project teams.\nMinimum 2 years of business analysis experience.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline.\nEquivalent combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience designing enterprise MDM architectures for large organizations.\nStrong understanding of data governance principles and enterprise data quality practices.\nExperience integrating MDM platforms with enterprise applications and third-party systems.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.\nConsulting experience with multiple enterprise clients is considered a strong asset.\nWhy Join This Opportunity?\nThis\nrole offers the opportunity to work on complex enterprise Master Data\nManagement initiatives involving modern data architecture, governance,\nand integration technologies.
