These roles will deliver several high-priority modernization projects over a three-year engagement, working above and beyond the team's current development capacity.\nWhat You'll Do\nFunding Agreement Signature Online - implement an online digital signature capability integrated with Dynamics and the client portal, improving efficiency and client experience\nSnapshot Portal Development - develop and deploy a new portal module that automatically informs clients and lets them complete post-project reporting requirements, reducing manual effort for development and operations teams\nPlatform Upgrade - migrate and upgrade an existing client-facing platform to a new environment with enhanced performance, security, and scalability\nBulk Project Cancellation Process - automate and optimize an existing manual cancellation process to improve operational efficiency and reduce error rates\nSharePoint Integration with Dynamics - streamline document management and workflow processes between SharePoint and Dynamics to improve data consistency and reduce manual intervention\nGeneral System Improvements - address ongoing performance, security, and usability enhancements across the Dynamics and Portal ecosystem\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications\nA degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline\nMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience configuring, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Power Platform applications\nDemonstrated experience customizing entities, forms, views, and dashboards\nDemonstrated experience implementing workflows, business rules, and process flows\nDemonstrated experience developing Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate flows\nDemonstrated experience writing client-side JavaScript for form validation and business logic\nDemonstrated experience extending Dynamics 365 functionality using C# plugins and custom workflow activities\nDemonstrated experience with data migration and integration tools such as KingswaySoft, Azure Data Factory, or Power Automate\nExperience working in Agile delivery environments, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and delivering user stories\nExperience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) in the Power Platform, including Azure DevOps pipelines and solution packaging for multi-environment deployments\nEligible to obtain and hold a government security clearance (Reliability Status or higher) at time of contract award\nFluent in English\nPreferred Qualifications\nMicrosoft certifications such as Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate, Power Platform Developer Associate, Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM or ERP), or Power Platform App Maker Associate\nStrong understanding of the Dynamics 365 security model, authentication methods (Azure AD, MFA, conditional access), and role-based security\nKnowledge of Power BI integration for reporting and analytics\nUnderstanding of Dataverse schema and relationships between entities\nFamiliarity with multi-tenant CRM implementations and scaling strategies\nKnowledge of public sector enterprise IT standards, including accessibility (WCAG/WET), is an asset\nSoft Skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nAbility to collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Technical
