This is a professional services consulting engagement with assignments authorized on a task-by-task basis.\nWhat you'll be doing\nLead all aspects of assigned projects - define scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs; develop and maintain project charters, schedules, budgets, and project management plans\n\nEstablish governance structures and communication plans at project outset\n\nManage daily project activities to ensure work progresses according to approved plans; maintain project documentation, decisions, and approvals in alignment with HHB requirements\n\nLead cross-functional teams; facilitate collaboration across technical and business groups; delegate work, provide direction, and resolve team challenges\n\nServe as the primary point of contact for HHB; manage vendor performance against deliverables and costs; communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and sponsors\n\nMonitor vendor performance, identify non-performance, and recommend corrective actions; escalate issues as required\n\nDevelop and manage detailed work plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations\n\nIdentify, track, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle; manage scope changes through formal change control processes\n\nPrepare and deliver regular status reports, presentations, and updates to stakeholders and sponsors\n\nOrganize and facilitate project meetings, briefings, and progress updates\n\nEnsure project deliverables meet defined quality requirements; coordinate testing, validation, and acceptance processes\n\nMaintain complete, accurate, and auditable project records in HHB systems (e.g., SharePoint)\n\nDevelop, track, and forecast budgets; review, track, and approve invoices\n\nLead project closeout activities including knowledge transfer, operational handover, and lessons learned\n\nProvide guidance on project management best practices, tools, and methodologies\n\nWhat we're looking for\nDemonstrated experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary IT or infrastructure projects\n\nStrong background in formal project management methodologies; PMP or equivalent certification considered an asset\n\nExperience with CMMS, EAM, or enterprise system implementations preferred\n\nProven ability to manage vendors, contracts, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholders\n\nProficiency with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint for project documentation and records management\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership\n\nExperience in government or public-sector environments considered an asset\n\nRequirements\nRequirements & conditions\nMust be available to work fully onsite at HHB's Dartmouth facility;
