Campaign Plan and the 2024 CDS/MND\nDirective on Reconstitution.\nYou will work collaboratively with a\nLevel 3 Business Analyst and DGHCMM-M stakeholders to document current\n(\"As-Is\") and future (\"To-Be\") processes, define data and system\nintegration requirements, and produce artifacts that inform\nmodernization planning.\nKey Responsibilities\nMap a designated MPMS business capability, including end-to-end workflows, decision flows, and operational dependencies\nDocument As-Is processes and evaluate existing procedures, legacy systems, and application subsystems\nDefineand document MPMS data entities, data structures, interfaces, and\nintegration dependencies across manual, automated, legacy, and future\nsystems\n\nDevelop and maintain data dictionaries and conceptual data models supporting interoperability and data quality\nSupport requirements elicitation and ensure requirements are traceable to mapped capabilities and processes\nAssess solution options, trade-offs,
