Hear more about MGT’s culture in the words of our employees.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO:\nProvide administrative support to the sales organization by managing manufacturer registrations and ensuring sales systems contain accurate information. Support compliance requirements and process efficiency initiatives.\nEssential Responsibilities\nManage manufacturer deal registrations using data from Salesforce opportunities.\nCreate accurate registration submissions and follow up with manufacturer representatives or portals for approval.\nMaintain the Salesforce SCM database and support data quality across sales-administration processes.\nUpload part numbers and update pricing, descriptions, labels, and other product-master data.\nUse Salesforce data-loading tools to complete controlled bulk updates and validate results.\nSupport procurement-contract pricing schedules, including FOCUS and SPURR schedules.\nResolve data or registration issues with Sales Support, Account Managers, Procurement, and partners.\nMaintain documentation, meet processing deadlines, and escalate exceptions promptly.\nPerformance Expectations\nComplete assigned work accurately, on time, and in accordance with procedures and service levels.\nMaintain complete and reliable customer, quote, contract, order, and activity records.\nCommunicate proactively with OEM manufactures and internal stakeholders regarding status and next steps.\nResolve routine issues promptly and escalate exceptions with clear supporting information.\nContribute to process improvement, documentation quality, and effective workload management.\nDemonstrate dependable customer service, collaboration, judgment, and accountability.\nWHAT YOU’LL BRING:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree, relevant coursework, or vocational training preferred.\nExperience using Salesforce or comparable CRM, quoting, contract, order, or sales-administration systems as appropriate.\nExperience working with customers, sales teams, distributors, manufacturers, or internal operations teams preferred.\nSkills & Competencies\nQuote, Contract, or Data Accuracy\nSalesforce CRM\nCustomer & Vendor Communication\nOrder and Opportunity Coordination\nPricing & Documentation\nWorkload Prioritization\nIssue Resolution\nProcess Compliance\nCommunication\nAI tools\nOffice 365\nWork Environment\nThis position may be performed remotely or from a Company office location.
