We’re looking for a resourceful, hands-on operator to support our leaders and own the work that keeps our offices running and our employee experience strong.\nExecutive support is a central responsibility, with direct ownership of both CEOs’ calendars, travel, and meeting logistics. You’ll also partner with the Head of People on workplace operations, employee-facing IT, People initiatives, and support other leaders as needed.\nYou see the bigger picture, anticipate what’s needed, and turn direction into action. You enjoy a fast-paced startup and roll up your sleeves wherever you can help, from improving a process to unpacking office supplies.\nWhat you’ll do\nSupport our leaders: Manage complex calendars, travel, expenses, and meeting logistics for both CEOs, with additional support for other leaders as needed. Anticipate needs, navigate shifting priorities, and handle confidential information with discretion.\n\nOwn workplace operations: Keep our San Francisco, Madison, and Denver offices running smoothly, managing facilities, vendors, supplies, budgets, and everyday employee needs.\n\nCreate a great employee experience: Plan events, offsites, celebrations, and recognition activities; manage our swag store; and make our workplaces welcoming and productive.\n\nCoordinate employee IT: Own equipment ordering, setup, inventory, and returns; coordinate access and troubleshooting with IT partners; and follow requests through resolution.\n\nSupport the People team: Help with onboarding and offboarding, employee communications, questions, and program logistics in partnership with the Head of People.\n\nThink ahead and improve how we work: Connect the dots across leaders, teams, and offices, anticipate needs, and address underlying issues. Build repeatable solutions using AI and automation, and take ownership of new projects and unexpected needs as the business evolves.\n\nWhat you bring\nExperience supporting senior executives, including complex scheduling, travel, and confidential matters.\n\nExperience in workplace operations, office management, or employee experience within a fast-paced startup or another environment with frequently changing priorities.\n\nStrong organization, judgment, communication, and follow-through.\n\nA systems-thinking approach: you understand the broader goal, spot dependencies and gaps, and turn incomplete direction into thoughtful action.\n\nComfort coordinating employee technology needs and working with vendors and technical partners.\n\nPractical experience with AI and workplace tools, and curiosity about better ways to work.\n\nA service mindset and flexible approach: you take ownership, handle the details, and step in wherever help is needed.\n\nLocation & compensation\nThis individual contributor role reports to the Head of People and is based in our San Francisco office five days per week, with occasional travel to our Madison and Denver offices.\nThe annual base salary range is $120,000 - $160,000, with compensation determined by relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.\nWe recognize that no candidate will meet every qualification and encourage individuals with relevant experience and interest in the role to apply.\nPlease note: MGT does not accept unsolicited resumes from staffing vendors, including recruitment agencies and/or search firms.
