Hear more about MGT’s culture in the words of our employees.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO:\nProvide advanced sales support functions including complex quote preparation, pricing analysis, customer communications, and coordination of sales opportunities. Assists with training junior staff, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational accuracy\nEssential Responsibilities\nSupport one or more Account Managers across assigned accounts, territories, and opportunities.\nCreate customer quotations and coordinate with distributors and manufacturers for accurate pricing and availability.\nCollect bills of materials and technical inputs from Solution Architects and submit them to distribution for pricing.\nValidate quote configuration, pricing, terms, and expiration dates before customer delivery.\nCoordinate final pricing and margin review with the Sales Support Manager or sales leadership.\nServe as a secondary customer contact when the assigned Account Manager is unavailable.\nFollow up with customers on quotations and purchase orders and verify incoming orders against approved terms.\nMaintain accurate opportunity, quote, order, and customer records in Salesforce and related systems.\nHandle complex quotations, pricing scenarios, escalations, and high-priority opportunities with limited supervision.\nServe as a resource to less-experienced team members and share effective practices.\nPerformance Expectations\nComplete assigned work accurately, on time, and in accordance with procedures and service levels.\nMaintain complete and reliable customer, quote, contract, order, and activity records.\nCommunicate proactively with customers and internal stakeholders regarding status and next steps.\nResolve routine issues promptly and escalate exceptions with clear supporting information.\nContribute to process improvement, documentation quality, and effective workload management.\nDemonstrate dependable customer service, collaboration, judgment, and accountability.\nWHAT YOU’LL BRING:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree, relevant coursework, or vocational training preferred.\nFive (5) or more years of relevant experience.\nExperience using Salesforce or comparable CRM, quoting, contract, order, or sales-administration systems as appropriate.\nExperience working with customers, sales teams, distributors, manufacturers, or internal operations teams preferred.\nSkills & Competencies\nQuote, Contract, or Data Accuracy.\nSalesforce CRM.\nCustomer & Vendor Communication.\nOrder and Opportunity Coordination.\nPricing & Documentation.\nWorkload Prioritization.\nIssue Resolution.\nProcess Compliance.\n\nWork Environment\nThis position may be performed remotely or from a Company office location.
