By using the organisation's website and other available tools, they must offer products and guide customers to self-serve and transact online. Responsible for quote and order processing on SAP, handling customer queries and complaints, and the management of open order lines Requirements: Matric 3 years' + experience in providing multi-channel Customer Service\\/e-Commerce or Online support and Product Support Working knowledge of SAP will be essential Experience in dealing with different types of customers and enquiries as well as complaint handling Experience in assisting customers with online search and browse for product selection and online transacting. Experience or knowledge of the product commodities we distribute (ie.
