SUMMARY: CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ADVISOR - JOHANNESBURG POSITION INFO: The purpose of the role: The Customer Experience Advisor is responsible for creating an effortless Customer Experience that will build customer loyalty and increase revenue by providing multi-channel product and customer support in a customer service\/call centre environment. Responsible for quote and order processing on SAP, handling customer queries and complaints, and the management of open order lines Requirements: Matric 3 years' + experience in providing multi-channel Customer Service\/e-Commerce or Online support and Product Support Working knowledge of SAP will be essential Experience in dealing with different types of customers and enquiries as well as complaint handling Experience in assisting customers with online search and browse for product selection and online transacting.
