Key responsibilities include supervising service delivery, monitoring staff performance, and maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations.\nPay Rate:$50,000 - $53,000 annually\n Open Shift:Monday through Friday 9am-5pm (40hrs), some flexibility required\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and oversee program services such as assessments, treatment plans, crisis interventions, and implementation strategies.\nEnsure all participant files, case notes, reports, and medication records are accurate, complete, and comply with organizational procedures.\nPrepare progress reports and maintain HMIS (Homeless Management Information System) documentation.\nEnsure timely submission of required reports and oversee program-related financial transactions.\nDirectly supervise 5-10 staff members, explaining and enforcing policies and procedures.\nProvide training, support professional development, evaluate performance, and address personnel issues as needed.\nEnsure adequate staffing levels to minimize overtime while meeting contractual requirements.\nCollaborate with healthcare providers to address participant health needs and respond promptly to incidents involving participants.\nConduct regular, documented supervision sessions focused on staff and program needs.\nLead effective team meetings to ensure collaboration and goal alignment.\nPartner with the MHA Housing Specialist to support participant moves, including the completion of move-in checklists.\nRepresent the program in community-based provider meetings relevant to supportive housing.\nAttend all required training sessions within the designated orientation period and as mandated thereafter.\nParticipate in the on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed.\nAbout the Division of Supportive Housing (DSH)\nThe Division of Supportive Housing (DSH) provides safe, stable housing and individualized wraparound services for individuals who have experienced chronic homelessness, many of whom are also navigating challenges related to substance use, incarceration, or trauma. DSH programs focus on long-term stability and help participants transition to independent, permanent housing.
