The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, exceptional attention to detail, the ability to lead others, and solid experience developing and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns, managing corporate websites, and delivering strategic events that support business growth.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nDevelop and execute strategic marketing programs, including, but not limited to, digital advertising campaigns, website management and development, email marketing, webinars, social media, and lead generation initiatives.\n\nManage and maintain the company's brand standards and ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels, communications, collateral, events, and digital assets.\n\nTrack marketing program effectiveness and provide regular reporting on campaign results.\n\nManage all aspects of the corporate website, including ongoing content updates, user experience, SEO optimization, lead generation, analytics, and coordination with internal stakeholders and external design agencies.\n\nPartner with Salesforce.com Administrator to optimize the marketing technology stack and CRM integration; recommend best practices for campaign tracking, lead assignment, and conversion processes.\n\nDevelop event strategy and manage all aspects of conferences, trade shows, customer events, webinars, and executive events, including planning, facilitation, communications, vendor management, and logistics.\n\nAssist with creating and/or editing copy for events, social media, internal communications, website content, collateral, and targeted marketing campaigns.\n\nCreate and execute project timelines to ensure deadlines are met, reviews are completed, deliverables are executed successfully, remain on brand, and projects stay within budget.\n\nWork with marketing agency vendor and internal stakeholders to develop creative assets including promotional emails, website content and graphics, landing pages, digital advertisements, event materials, trade show signage, and sales collateral.\n\nProcess and track event and campaign-related expenses to ensure budget versus actuals are captured and follow established finance procedures.\n\nManage vendor relationships, contracts, and budget tracking for digital marketing, website, branding, and event-related expenditures.\n\nManage branded merchandise purchasing, fulfillment, and tracking while providing guidance to administrative staff supporting fulfillment.\n\nAssist the Marketing Director with development and ongoing management of the strategic marketing and content calendar.\n\nManage centralized repository of sales and marketing resources, brand standards, and marketing templates.\n\nSupport other marketing initiatives as needed.\n\nPosition Requirements:\n5+ years of B2B marketing experience is required; healthcare technology, SaaS, or enterprise software marketing experience is preferred.\nExcellent project management skills and exceptional attention to detail are required.\n\nProven experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation is required.\n\nProven experience with event strategy, planning, facilitation, and execution is required.\n\nStrong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills are required.\n\nExperience with marketing automation platforms and social media platforms is required.\n\nExperience managing and maintaining corporate websites is required.\n\nExperience with WordPress is required.\n\nExperience working with internal creative teams or external agencies to develop visually compelling marketing assets is required.\n\nExperience managing and maintaining corporate branding standards across multiple marketing channels is required.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nGraphic design experience is preferred.\nExperience with 6sense or another Account-Based Marketing (ABM) platform is preferred.\n\nProfessional experience leveraging AI tools to support marketing initiatives, including content creation, campaign optimization, workflow automation, analytics, and personalization is preferred.\n\nMotivated self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required.\n\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams is required.\n\nEducation Requirement:\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, English or related is required.\n\nAll prospective hires must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.\n\nAt MHK we help health plans and pharmacy benefit managers deliver optimal care management across every member’s health journey.
