This role will need to comprehend technical data architecture and design flexible and agile end-to-end data solutions along the entire value chain of our clients across various industries. The candidate needs to have proven experience in defining and implementing a roadmap for data lifecycle management, including Master Data Management, Data Migration and Data Quality. In addition, the Senior Consultant will be required to ensure our services are at the highest level of quality for our existing client base, cultivate relationships with new customers, develop new business opportunities, and continuously adjust our current and future offerings according to market demands.\nResponsibilities\nResponsible for design, implementation, and configuration of Data Migration solutions to meet business requirements within an entire ERP project lifecycle\nImplement complex sets of rules for the conversion of data to be migrated\nDesign and hold internal and customer workshops independently or in a team\nAdvise the customer throughout on all issues relating to data cleansing and data migration - from conception and planning to the integrative control of migration activities\nBring your expertise to design a solution portfolio - you will pick up new trends independently and develop our range of services in the area of SAP data migration, especially with regard to S/4HANA\nCollaborate with MDG team to support the governance of master data across the organization\nEstablish and enforce data quality standards and procedures\nCollaborate with the integration team to design and implement data interfaces\nCreate long term relationships with clients and achieve a strong reputation as a trusted advisor for data related topics\nTake over responsibility as (sub) project team lead and integrate and coach new team members\nQualificationsQualifications\nEducation::\nBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent education .\nExperience:\n5+ years of hands-on implementation experience in Data Migration projects with SAP technologies like LSMW, Migration Cockpit and/or Data Services\nProfound knowledge of SAP R/3 and S/4 data from different domains (MM, FI, CO, PP, SD, QM etc.)\nExperience in both migrating data into SAP and extracting data from SAP ERP\nProfound SAP ERP project lifecycle and go-live experience\nProgramming skills (ideally ABAP) and/or SQL knowledge\nStrong understanding of data modeling and data migration principles\nExcellent interpersonal communication skills (oral and written), with the ability to successfully interact with a wide variety of stakeholders\nProfessional appearance with strong customer focus and analytical and structured working attitude \nStrong attention to details and ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks with excellent problem-solving ability\nSAP Data Services (BODS) certification is a plus\nPercentage of required travel: up to 100%\nPhysical requirements:\nThis job operates in an office environment. However, it is important to note that at MHP, the compensation range is dependent on geographic location. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, and skillset.
