This role is ideal for ambitious individuals with a strong interest in PropTech, sales, and business strategy.\nKey Responsibilities\nIdentify and engage with potential clients, including property developers, banks, and real estate agencies.\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive retention and upselling opportunities.\nConduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.\nPresent and pitch MHub’s solutions to clients, showcasing how our platform adds value to their business.\nCollaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, and Customer Success) to align business strategies.\nTrack and report sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.\nAttend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to build MHub’s presence in the PropTech ecosystem.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.\nMinimum 2-3 years of experience, preferably with exposure to property, developer, or banking background ; though strong candidates from other backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
