Our events take place across Europe, the Americas and the Middle East in some of the world's most extraordinary destinations.\nThe Role\nThe Agent Engineer is responsible for designing, building, testing, deploying and maintaining production-ready AI agents, tools and workflows using WWE's approved technology ecosystem.\nWorking alongside Agent Factory, technical colleagues and business stakeholders, you will turn defined requirements into reliable agent solutions, create reusable technical capabilities and improve deployed agents through rapid iteration.\nThis is a hands-on engineering role focused on agent delivery rather than organisational change management or team leadership.\nThis is an initial six-month fixed-term contract opportunity, with the potential for extension, reporting to the Head of AI Implementation.\nResponsibilities\nAgent Development\nDesign, build and deploy AI agents for teams across the business. \nCreate reusable agent skills, tools and workflows. \nDevelop multi-agent orchestration patterns where appropriate. \nTranslate functional requirements into robust, production-ready solutions. \nPlatform Delivery\nBuild solutions using WWE's approved AI platforms and frameworks. \nConfigure and maintain OpenClaw environments and develop Hermes-based workflows. \nBuild and maintain Microsoft Copilot Studio agents. \nIntegrate agents with Salesforce, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 and approved internal systems. \nAutomation & Workflow Engineering\nDevelop automations that remove manual effort from operational processes. \nBuild secure integrations between internal platforms and approved AI services. \nImprove agent reliability, performance and accuracy. \nDesign technical components that can scale across multiple departments. \nTesting, Security & Quality Assurance\nTest agents against real business scenarios and defined acceptance criteria. \nMonitor performance, diagnose failure points and implement improvements. \nEnsure solutions operate within WWE security, governance and data-access requirements. \nDocument architecture, dependencies, functionality and support requirements. \nReusable Capability Library\nBuild reusable components that can be shared across the organisation. \nCreate and maintain a catalogue of agent skills and integrations. \nContribute to Agent Factory engineering standards and best practices. \nSupport the development of orchestration agents and the wider AI harness. \nDue to the nature of our work, you may occasionally be required to work outside standard hours to support events or meet key deadlines\nRequirements\nYou’ll thrive in this Agent Engineer role if you bring:\nPractical experience building AI agents, automations or LLM-enabled applications. \nStrong prompt engineering and agent-instruction design skills. \nExperience integrating APIs and business systems. \nFamiliarity with large language models, agent frameworks and tool use. \nProgramming experience in Python, JavaScript or a comparable language. \nUnderstanding of structured and unstructured data sources. \nStrong analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills. \nAbility to prototype rapidly and convert successful prototypes into supportable solutions. \nDesirable Qualifications and Experience\nExperience with OpenClaw and Hermes. \nProficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 integrations.\nPractical experience integrating Salesforce platforms and APIs.\nFamiliarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and agent tooling.\nKnowledge of retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases and orchestration patterns.\nUnderstanding of secure enterprise AI development, access control and auditability.\nProficiency with Git, automated testing and deployment practices.\nBackground in the events and/or travel industry.\nBenefits\nWe offer a thoughtful package designed to support your wellbeing, growth, and work-life balance.\nCompetitive salary.\n28 days' holiday plus UK bank holidays pro-rata, with additional days awarded for length of service.\nA centrally located London office with a summer terrace within walking distance of the world-famous Borough Market.\nRegular employee social events supported by our Happiness & Culture team.\nMonthly contribution towards Bupa private health insurance (post-probation).\nEmployee Assistance Program offering confidential wellbeing support.\nEnhanced maternity and paternity leave to support growing families.\n4 pm Friday finish!\nHow to Apply\nWe review applications on a rolling basis and will close the role once we’ve found our match.
