You will adopt an AI-first approach to software development, using AI throughout the development lifecycle and building AI agents that make our products and our way of working faster and smarter.\nYou will work in a cross-functional team alongside Product Managers, Designers and other Engineers, contributing to features used by thousands of users every day.\nActivities\nDesign, build and ship product features end-to-end, applying an AI-first approach to every stage of development.\n\nDesign and develop AI agents, integrating them into our products and development workflows.\n\nWork closely with Product Managers and Designers to shape features: understand the problem, propose solutions and evaluate trade-offs.\n\nParticipate in architectural decisions and the design of new components, APIs and integrations.\n\nWrite and maintain tests, monitor services in production and help improve product quality.\n\nTake part in code reviews and promote AI-first engineering practices across the team.\n\nRequirements\n5+ years of experience in software development.\n\nKnowledge of at least one of the following languages: Node (JavaScript/TypeScript), Java, Go, Rust.\n\nExperience with React/Angular on the frontend.\n\nHands-on experience building LLM-based agents and multi-agent (A2A) architectures in production (e.g., using LangChain), agent evaluation and observability (e.g., via Langfuse), and daily use of AI coding agents in your workflow.\n\nA product mindset: you reason about user needs and impact, not only about implementation.\n\nGood understanding of Microservices architectures, REST APIs, event-driven systems.\n\nExperience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.\n\nAbility to take ownership and propose architectural improvements.\n\nComfortable using Git and collaborating within a development team.\n\nNice-to-have skills\nExperience with Kubernetes.\n\nExperience with Kafka and Event-Driven architecture.\n\nFamiliarity with observability practices: logging, metrics, monitoring.\n\nInterest in Developer Experience, Platform Engineering, or automation.\n\nWhy Mia-Platform?\nBorn with a startup spirit, Mia-Platform is a fast-growing tech product company where innovation, continuous learning, and high performance drive everything we do.
