About the role
Dealers are already raising their hands. Your job is to reach them first, figure out whether they're a fit, and hand our AEs meetings that close. You'll own speed to lead, run sharp discovery, and use AI to do the work of three reps. Hit your number and you'll have a clear path to an AE seat.
What you'll do
Respond to high intent inbound leads within minutes, by phone first
Run discovery with dealer principals, GMs and BDC managers to qualify fit, pain and timing
Book meetings that actually happen and convert, with notes your AE can use
Build your own AI workflows for research, call prep and follow ups
Track your conversion rates and report back on what's working
Keep the CRM clean
What you'll bring
1 to 3 years in a phone heavy role with a quota: SDR, inside sales or dealership BDC
A record of hitting your number, with conversion data to prove it
Confidence on the phone and clear writing
Proof you're AI native: show us something you built
Bonus: you've sold AI or SaaS, or worked in or around a dealership

Compensation
Compensation for this position will be competitive with current market rates and reflective of the candidate's experience, skills and qualifications.
