Final offers and start dates will be determined following contract award and government direction.\nPosition Overview\nMTS is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to provide leadership and oversight for a large, complex federal services program supporting critical IC/DoD operations.\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for overall program execution, contract compliance, operational performance, personnel management, financial oversight, and customer satisfaction.\nThis position requires a proven leader with extensive experience managing large federal contracts, multidisciplinary technical teams, subcontractors, and geographically distributed operations. The ideal candidate combines strong business and program management skills with an understanding of information technology, communications, cybersecurity, and technical services.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide overall leadership and accountability for contract performance, including cost, schedule, quality, staffing, and technical delivery.\nServe as the primary management interface with Government representatives and senior customer stakeholders.\nLead program managers, functional managers, technical personnel, and subcontractor organizations.\nEnsure program activities comply with contractual requirements, applicable regulations, security requirements, and company policies.\nDevelop and manage program budgets, staffing plans, resource forecasts, and performance reporting.\nMonitor operational performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.\nEstablish effective communication, reporting, and management practices across program activities.\nOversee recruiting, employee retention, professional development, and workforce performance.\nManage subcontractor relationships, deliverables, and contractual responsibilities.\nIdentify and mitigate program risks affecting performance, schedule, cost, and customer satisfaction.\nLead customer meetings, program management reviews, and executive briefings.\nCoordinate with corporate leadership and shared services to ensure effective program support.\nRequired Qualifications\nActive Secret clearance required; ability to obtain a higher clearance may be necessary.\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.\nMinimum of 15 years of progressively responsible experience supporting IC and DoD programs.\nAt least 7 years of senior program management experience.\nDemonstrated experience managing large service delivery contracts and multidisciplinary teams.\nExperience managing program budgets, staffing, subcontractors, and contractual performance requirements.\nExcellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work effectively with senior Government representatives and corporate leadership.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification.\nExperience managing federal contracts with annual values exceeding $50 million.\nExperience leading large delivery organizations\nExperience supporting IC, Department of War, or other federal national security customers.\nFamiliarity with enterprise information technology, communications, cybersecurity, and technical services.\nExperience managing multiple subcontractors and geographically distributed personnel.\nDesired Leadership Attributes\nMTS seeks a leader who demonstrates sound judgment, personal accountability, financial discipline,
