The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.\nResponsibilities\nRespond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels.\n\nProvide accurate information and helpful solutions to customer questions.\n\nMaintain professional and courteous communication with customers.\n\nDocument customer interactions and update records accurately.\n\nAssist with administrative tasks and maintain organized digital files.\n\nResolve routine customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.\n\nFollow company procedures and maintain confidentiality.\n\nCollaborate with team members to support daily business operations.\n\nQualifications\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nBasic computer skills and familiarity with email and online applications.\n\nGood organizational and time-management abilities.\n\nReliable internet connection and a suitable workspace at home.\n\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks.\n\nProfessional attitude and willingness to learn.\n\nPrevious customer service experience is an advantage but not necessarily required.\n\nWork Environment\nThis is a remote position performed from home.
