We partner in success.\nWe currently have an opportunity in our Peachtree Corners, GA office for an Aviation Civil Associate to join our Aviation Engineering group. The position will report directly to an Aviation Engineer or Project Manager and will involve planning, design and construction engineering for airports and other transportation projects.\nThe role will include:\nGeometric layout of airfield infrastructure, facilities, and surrounding roadways or parking lots\nDrainage design to support airfield, roadway and parking lot projects\nCivil / site design to support airport building structures\nPreparation of technical specifications for landside and airside projects\nPreparation of construction cost estimates\nWriting engineer’s reports\nDeveloping graphics for client presentations\nPerforming construction engineering services including shop drawing review, responses to contractor questions and periodic construction site visits.\nPerforming field inspections in support of airfield management programs\nThe candidate should be a motivated self-starter who displays a passion for solving problems, interacting in a team environment, and meeting established deadlines.\nPROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS\nBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology\n0 - 2 years experience under a registered professional \nAviation and/or Transportation/Site Development Engineering background preferred but not required\nAutoCAD experience, preferably with Civil 3D experience\nCOMPENSATION\nThe approximate compensation range for this position is $80,000 to $85,000. This compensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation is dependent upon factors such as education, qualifications, experience, skillset, and physical work location.\nWORKPLACE FLEXIBILITY\nThis is a hybrid position, available in our
