The Web Producer will play a crucial role in supporting our global web production and e-commerce operations team, focusing on the maintenance and enhancement of our e-commerce and content websites across various global businesses.\nWhat You'll Do:\nDay-to-Day Management: Oversee daily operations related to website updates, ensuring efficient production processes, trafficking of creative assets, implementing code changes, and collaborating on new site initiatives across all e-commerce and content platforms.\nCollaboration with Teams: Work closely with Design, Product, Digital Content, and Site Merchants Teams to prepare for all website updates, ensuring alignment on strategies and execution timelines.\nManagement of Tools and Processes: Assist in managing key web production tools and systems, including content SFCC, Jira, Dynamic Yield and Adobe.\nQuality Assurance: Support rigorous testing of responsive websites across all global properties to ensure functionality, performance, and compatibility across various devices and browsers.\nRequirements and Specifications: Assist in gathering and defining project requirements for all campaign pushes and site requests.\nOptimization and Implementation: Participate in defining, optimizing, and implementing web production processes, utilizing best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness in content delivery and e-commerce operations.\nPerformance Monitoring: Analyze the website to pinpoint areas for improvement, implement necessary enhancements, and ensure users have an optimal experience, focusing on site speed and image quality.\nCompliance and Accessibility: Ensure that all web content adheres to company standards, brand guidelines, and regulatory compliance, including web accessibility standards.\nYou'll Need to Have:\n4+ years of E-commerce Web Production and Development experience\nUnderstanding of HTML5 and CSS3\nExperience with Dynamic Yield is highly desired\nExperience with JIRA is highly desired\nExperience with Salesforce is highly desired\nExperience with page designer is highly desired\nExperience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications - Excel\nWe’d Love to See:\nExperience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud\nHighly organized & detail-oriented\nStrong communication skills\nHighly motivated and self-starter approach\n-\nThe Company is an equal employment opportunity employer.
