Working closely with internal teams and creative partners, this role keeps projects moving and helps from concept through completion. The ideal candidate is a collaborative partner with strong production management skills, a creative mindset, and experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nManage the intake, prioritization, and execution of creative from concept through final delivery.\nBridge the gap between the creative departments (art, fashion, editorial, events/pr, post, ecomm) to ensure content are delivered on time, on brief, and within budget.\nDevelop and maintain photoshoot production project timelines, workflows, and resource plans to meet business priorities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.\nTrack project metrics, production calendars, and team capacity to optimize workflows and resource allocation.\nCollaborate with post-production teams to ensure timely editing, retouching, approvals, and final asset delivery.\nMonitor project progress, proactively identify risks or bottlenecks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.\nPut together timelines for projects from start to finish to properly be able to delegate work.\nTrack project metrics, workload, and team capacity to optimize efficiency and resource allocation.\nStay informed on creative trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team.\nYou’ll Need to Have:\nBachelor's degree\nMust have 3-6 years of experience in creative services/brand/project management/production (agency, fashion experience ideal/preferred)\nStrong understanding of inner workings of Creative Services\nDetail orientation\nAbility to multi-task\nExcellent time management skills\nExcellent communication skills with good follow-up\nWe’d Love to See:\nExperience managing production schedules, budgets, vendors, freelancers, and external production partners.\nExceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple productions simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nStrong problem-solving skills with attention to detail\nThe ability to think strategically, drive results and build a high-performance organization\nProven ability to be strategic and tactical\nEntrepreneurial, out of the box thinker\nPrevious experience managing creative teams or mentoring team members\nKnowledge of digital asset management (DAM) systems.\nFamiliarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; proficiency in Wrike is preferred\nMK Perks:\nGenerous Paid Time Off & Holiday Calendar\nSummer Fridays\nInternal Mobility Across Brands\nCross-brand Discount\nExclusive Employee Sales\nFav 5 Cards (MK Discount for friends and family)\n401k Match\nPaid Parental Leave\nThrive Wellness Program\nCommuter Benefits\nGym Discounts\n-\nThe Company is an equal employment opportunity employer.
