Working cross-functionally with Sales, Retail Planning, Finance, Merchandising, Supply Chain Operations and Production, this role will execute the roadmap to S&OP maturity and standardization across both regions. The role will focus on long- and short-term planning and decision-making to optimize customer service, operational costs, inventory, margin and revenue, while partnering with Supply Chain Analytics to strengthen visibility and decision-making through the Supply Chain Planning Control Tower.\nWhat You’ll Do\nKey responsibilities include but are not limited to:\nSales & Operations Planning Leadership\nOwn and execute the monthly regional S&OP cycle across EMEA and APAC.\nDrive continuous improvement of existing S&OP and S&OE processes.\nLead the roadmap towards greater S&OP maturity and standardization across both regions.\nEnsure long- and short-term planning supports effective, data-driven business decisions.\nPerformance, Analytics & Decision-Making\nOwn and improve strategy-related KPIs across supply chain planning.\nBalance customer service levels, operational costs, inventory levels, margin and revenue attainment in planning decisions.\nPartner with Supply Chain Analytics to embed the Supply Chain Planning Control Tower and improve end-to-end visibility.\nUse systems and processes that ensure decisions are grounded in robust data and analysis.\nCross-Functional Partnership & Influence\nCollaborate closely with Retail Planning and Operations, Distribution, Finance, Wholesale Sales, International Logistics, Production and Merchandising.\nCommunicate complex business and supply chain topics through clear, executive-friendly presentations.\nPresent to and influence executive leadership and cross-functional partners.\nBuild and maintain productive relationships that support aligned planning and decision-making.\n\nLeadership & Change Management\nLead the regional Supply Chain Planning team, with two direct reports.\nBring strong leadership presence and drive change through the S&OP process.\nLead change in a cross-functional environment and support adoption of improved processes.\nPromote continuous improvement and a commitment to world-class supply chain planning excellence.\nYou’ll Need to Have:\nBachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain or Operations Management, with 5+ years of relevant experience.\nStrong proficiency in S&OP and S&OE cycles.\nExcellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with executive leadership.\nExperience creating and presenting executive-friendly materials on complex business and supply chain topics.\nStrong analytical, organizational and decision-making capability.\nA proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence change.\nExperience in change management and implementing data-driven systems and processes.\nMK Perks:\nFrom your very first day with us, we want you to feel welcomed, supported, and truly part of the team.
