Please apply via this posting for either location.\nSalary Range:\nLondon: £45,000 - £55,000\nManno: CHF 50,000 - CHF 60,000\nDepartment Overview:\nThis role sits within the EMEA Financial Planning & Analysis function and plays a critical part in driving financial performance, improving cost discipline, and delivering high-quality insights that support decision-making at senior levels.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nSales, KPI & Performance Reporting\nWeekly sales and KPI reporting for senior stakeholders\nMonth-end retail sales and cost review, with clear variance explanations vs budget/forecast\nPreparation of management reporting and KPIs highlighting risks, opportunities, and required actions\nProduction of month-end performance packs with value-adding commentary for senior management\nPlanning, Budgeting & Forecasting\nAnnual budgets and periodic forecasts for Retail, Corporate Overheads, Marketing, and Business Channel Direct Costs\nConsolidation of the full European P&L budget and reforecast across Retail, Wholesale, Concessions, and E-commerce\nSupport district/regional store sales planning, including weekly/daily phasing\nCost Management & Business Partnering\nPartner with Retail leaders, Regional Directors, HR, and Corporate budget owners to challenge assumptions, optimise costs, and improve profitability\nMonitor spend vs budget/forecast, identify overspend, and support corrective action plans.
