This role sits at the intersection of IT operations and business engagement, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of retail systems while supporting major transformation initiatives to BAU tasks.\nYou will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to manage BAU activities, incidents, and continuous improvements across retail stores.\nKey Responsibilities\nRetail Technology Support\nProvide analytical and operational support for the retail technology stack, including:Front of House systems: POS, payments, printers, scanners, peripherals\nBack of House systems: store servers, networking, inventory, and operational applications\n\nAct as a key point of contact for store technology issues, coordinating investigation and resolution with internal IT teams and external vendors\nMonitor system performance, incidents, and trends to proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities\nProject & Change Coordination\nWork closely with the PMO to support delivery of major retail IT projects, including new store openings, system upgrades, and rollouts\nCoordinate project activities across business, IT, and third-party suppliers to ensure milestones are met\nSupport testing, deployment, and hypercare activities during project implementations\nEnsure changes are communicated clearly to impacted stakeholders and stores\nBusiness-as-Usual (BAU) Operations\nCoordinate BAU tasks, incidents, and service requests related to retail systems\nFacilitate communication between stores, business teams, and IT support functions\nEnsure issues are logged, tracked, prioritised, and resolved in line with agreed SLAs\nMaintain documentation for processes, systems, and known issues\nStakeholder Management\nBuild strong working relationships with retail operations, finance, supply chain, and IT teams\nAct as a trusted liaison between business users and technical teams, translating business needs into clear technical requirements\nProvide regular status updates, reporting, and insights to stakeholders\nContinuous Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to improve system stability, support processes, and user experience in stores\nSupport standardisation and best practices across EMEA retail locations\nContribute to post-incident reviews and lessons learned\nSkills & Experience\nEssential\nExperience with retail technology stacks, including POS, payments, printers, scanners, and store back-office systems\nExposure to retail environments and store operations\nExperience supporting or coordinating technology projects\nFamiliarity with IT service management processes (incident, problem, change)\nDesirable\nExperience in an IT analyst, retail IT, or technology support role\nStrong coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously\nExperience working with cross-functional teams including PMO, business stakeholders, and IT delivery teams\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal\nStrong problem-solving and analytical mindset\n-\nThe Company is an equal employment opportunity employer.
