Working closely with teams across Digital, Customer Care, Logistics, Retail, Technology, Payments and Loss Prevention, and digital partners you'll help ensure our websites and operational processes are running efficiently and delivering an exceptional customer experience.\nYou'll be responsible for monitoring site performance, coordinating operational activity, supporting trading events and promotions, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping drive operational excellence across our global ecommerce platforms.\nThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering best-in-class ecommerce experiences.\nSupport the day-to-day operation and optimisation of our global ecommerce platforms, ensuring a seamless customer experience across all markets.\nMonitor website performance and customer journeys, proactively identifying, investigating and escalating issues where required.\nAct as a key point of contact between Digital, Customer Care, Logistics, Retail, Technology and external partners.\nCoordinate the operational delivery of key trading events, campaigns, promotions and seasonal sales.\nManage timelines, dependencies and stakeholder communications to ensure successful launches and business readiness.\nSupport website updates, releases and enhancements through accurate briefing, QA testing and validation.\nProduce regular reporting and analysis, identifying trends, opportunities and areas for improvement, using AI tools where relevant.\nCollaborate with internal teams and third-party providers to resolve operational, fulfilment and payment-related issues.\nCreate and maintain operational documentation, processes and best practice guides.\nSupport digital and omnichannel projects, driving continuous improvement across ecommerce operations and customer experience.\nYou’ll Need to Have:\n2-3 years' experience in Ecommerce Operations, Digital Operations or a similar ecommerce role, ideally within fashion, lifestyle or retail.\nExperience working with multi-market, localised ecommerce websites.\nProject and stakeholder management experience, with the ability to coordinate multiple internal and external teams against tight timelines.\nStrong understanding of ecommerce operational processes, including fulfilment, customer service, payments and returns.\nExperience working cross-functionally with technology, logistics, customer care and commercial teams.\nExperience working on social selling, marketplace or concession partners\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.\nExperience using AI tools to support data analysis and reporting.\nExcellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills, with a strong understanding of timelines and the ability to balance multiple priorities at once.\nExperience using ticketing and project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com or similar.\nExperience supporting QA/UAT testing and issue resolution.\nWe’d Love to See:\nEnthusiastic and proactive approach, with demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, “self-starter” environment.\nTeam player with a positive 'can-do' attitude.\nPassionate about the customer and all elements of the customer experience.\nEnergetic - has a sense of urgency.\nExcellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills with the ability to build effective relationships quickly.\n-\nThe Company is an equal employment opportunity employer.
