The Store Manager is also accountable for meeting all operational budgets and developing and maintaining a proactive business plan.\nMajor Responsibilities\nPeople\nInspire, lead, and coach the store team to create a culture of performance, accountability, and results.\nRecruit top talent while training and developing staff to build a team of true Jet Set Ambassadors.\nDrive team retention by ensuring actionable talent and succession plans are in place.\nSupport, implement, and follow up on all training and onboarding initiatives for new hires.\nTake accountability for the regular evaluation of each Jet Set Ambassador's performance, providing ongoing feedback and coaching.\nProactively manage and resolve all HR issues in collaboration with the HR Department.\nEnsure image and grooming standards are aligned with brand policy.\nPartner with the District Manager (DM) to review the integrity of PTS and identify opportunities for improvement.\nCollaborate with retail partners on sales strategies, product knowledge, brand standards, and customer service excellence.\nPractice and role model company behaviors, ensuring effective use of the Behavior Toolkit.\nLead the team of Jet Set Ambassadors to prioritize exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business.\nEnsure Jet Set Ambassadors maintain client communication through all available clienteling applications.\nProactively manage the client database and utilize customer information to increase sales.\nMaintain a strong sales floor presence and lead by example.\nProvide coaching and support to help Jet Set Ambassadors resolve customer service issues, empowering them to make decisions in the customer's best interest.\nGenerate additional revenue through local customer events.\nBuild and maintain strong communication with the District Manager, corporate office teams, mall management, retail partners, and other stores to drive district-wide performance\nSales\nMeet and exceed sales goals while holding yourself and the team accountable for results.\nAnalyze business reports and develop action plans to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.\nWork with the team on quarterly planning to establish effective business plans that achieve targets.\nTrack and communicate business results and opportunities, driving sales performance and product knowledge.\nEnsure sales and unit goals are established and clearly communicated to all Jet Set Ambassadors.\nOperations\nEnsure the store maintenance and auditing program aligns with brand standards.\nControl store expenses and continually seek opportunities to reduce costs.\nMaintain inventory control integrity through bi-annual inventory counts.\nPrioritize loss prevention, taking immediate action on early signs of loss in collaboration with the Loss Prevention Regional Manager (LPRM).\nOptimize store scheduling by ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time.\nCollaborate with the District Visual Merchandising Manager (DVM) to implement and maintain all visual merchandising directives and execute effective merchandising strategies.\nPartner with logistics and product teams to ensure the appropriate assortment for the store, using product tools effectively to maintain size and style integrity.\nEnsure all company communication platforms are utilized effectively and that relevant actions are taken.\nJob Requirements\nProven retail management experience in a fast-paced retail environment.\nCharismatic and inspirational leadership skills.\nStrong technology proficiency, with the ability to leverage technology to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.\nAbility to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.\nExcellent organizational, interpersonal, and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.\nProficiency in retail math, KPI analysis, and Microsoft Office applications.\nFluent in English\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive compensation package.\nEmployee discount across Michael Kors and Jimmy Choo.\nClothing allotment.\nEmployee Wellbeing Programme.\n-\nThe Company is an equal employment opportunity employer.
