Data Engineer/Technical Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Engineer/Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, and ETL development. The ideal candidate should come from a Product-Based Company or GCC environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have experience building scalable data platforms on Azure.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows.
- Develop robust data solutions using Python, SQL, and OOPs principles.
- Lead data engineering initiatives and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
- Implement data quality, observability, monitoring, and governance best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions.
- Build and maintain Azure-based data platforms and data integration solutions.
Mandatory Skills :
- 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
- Strong hands-on coding experience in Python.
- Advanced expertise in SQL and database optimization.
- Strong experience in ETL/Data Pipeline Development.
- Sound understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts.
- Experience with Azure Data Services.
- Knowledge of Data Observability and Monitoring frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Background :
- Experience working in Product-Based Organizations or Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
- Prior experience as a Technical Lead or leading data engineering projects.
- Strong problem-solving and architectural skills.
