Job Description

• Lead electrical engineering development for connected hardware products from concept to production.
• Design and develop low-power, mixed-signal electronic systems and PCB architectures.
• Drive wireless communication development including BLE, Wi-Fi, RF optimization, antenna integration, and connectivity performance.
• Perform hardware prototyping, debugging, verification, and validation activities.
• Develop and execute electrical testing plans covering functionality, reliability, EMC/EMI, power integrity, and product robustness.
• Collaborate closely with firmware, algorithms, mechanical engineering, and product teams to resolve system-level challenges.
• Partner with suppliers and manufacturing stakeholders on DFM, component selection, engineering builds, and production readiness.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in electrical, electronics, or hardware engineering.
• Proven track record developing connected products, IoT devices, wearable technology, or sensing-based systems.
• Strong expertise in low-power electronic design, mixed-signal systems, PCB development, and hardware debugging.
• Hands-on experience with RF design, wireless communications, antenna integration, and connectivity optimization.
• Experience taking products from architecture and development through validation and manufacturing.
• Proficiency with Altium Designer or comparable ECAD tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience conducting root-cause investigations and design verification.
• Exposure to radar, RF sensing technologies, consumer electronics, or miniaturized hardware products is advantageous.
