development including BLE, Wi-Fi, RF optimization, antenna integration, and connectivity performance.\nPerform hardware prototyping, debugging, verification, and validation activities.\nDevelop and execute electrical testing plans covering functionality, reliability, EMC/EMI, power integrity, and product robustness.\nCollaborate closely with firmware, algorithms, mechanical engineering, and product teams to resolve system-level challenges.\nPartner with suppliers and manufacturing stakeholders on DFM, component selection, engineering builds, and production readiness.\nThe Successful Applicant\nBachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.\nAt least 5 years of experience in electrical, electronics, or hardware engineering.\nProven track record developing connected products, IoT devices, wearable technology, or sensing-based systems.\nStrong expertise in low-power electronic design, mixed-signal systems, PCB development, and hardware debugging.\nHands-on experience with RF design, wireless communications, antenna integration, and connectivity optimization.\nExperience taking products from architecture and development through validation and manufacturing.\nProficiency with Altium Designer or comparable ECAD tools.\nStrong problem-solving skills with experience conducting root-cause investigations and design
