Rather than being a hands-on technical expert, you will ensure that IT services are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and in line with both local business needs and international standards.\n\nJobomschrijving\n\nApplication & Service Management\nAct as the primary point of contact for business applications.\nCoordinate IT service delivery throughout the entire lifecycle, including incidents, changes, releases, and performance management.\nOversee and monitor Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes.\nManage external suppliers, including service levels, contracts, costs, quality, and performance.\nFacilitate collaboration between business stakeholders, international IT teams, and service providers to deliver sustainable and effective solutions.\nEnsure accurate documentation and compliance with group IT governance and control frameworks.\n\nIT Infrastructure, Network & Digital Workplace\nCoordinate infrastructure and digital workplace services in partnership with international IT teams and external vendors.\nMonitor the quality and availability of workplace technologies, including hardware, networking, and telephony services.\nOversee incident management processes and ensure timely escalation to the appropriate teams.\nSupport the alignment of global IT standards and processes with local operational requirements.\nRepresent the local organization within international IT communities and initiatives.\n\nProject Management & Product Ownership\nCoordinate and follow up on IT projects involving internal stakeholders and external partners.\nTranslate business requirements into practical IT solutions, acting as the bridge between local business needs and the central IT roadmap.\nEnsure successful implementation and delivery of technology solutions within agreed timelines and scope.\nManage project scope, planning, risks, and stakeholder expectations.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with international colleagues and key stakeholders.\nIdentify opportunities for process optimization, innovation, and service improvement.\n\nIT Governance, Compliance & Administration\nMonitor IT-related expenditures, invoices, and budgets.\nContribute to IT risk and control frameworks, including regulatory requirements such as DORA, GDPR, and MiFID II.\nEnsure IT services comply with internal policies and external regulatory obligations.\nMonitor and continuously improve IT processes within the local business environment.\nServe as a point of contact for audits and compliance-related activities.\nSupport Business Continuity initiatives through planning, testing, and safeguarding critical business processes.\n\nBachelor's degree or equivalent through relevant experience.\nAt least 5 years of experience in an IT-related role.\nGood knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.\nUnderstanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud environments is considered an asset.\nStrong service-oriented mindset with the ability to coordinate and drive initiatives forward.\nExcellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.\nAble to connect people, facilitate collaboration, and navigate across different levels of an organization.\nStrong organizational and administrative skills with great attention to detail.\nQuality-driven with a focus on service continuity and operational excellence.\nStrong communication and teamwork skills.\nFluent in Dutch and English;
