technical issues and provide advanced assistance to end users.\nMonitor system performance, conduct tuning activities, and ensure the stability and reliability of all network and server environments.\nParticipate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to guarantee operational continuity.\nCollaborate with software development teams and intervene on existing applications when needed.\nMentor and support junior team members, sharing best practices and helping them develop technical skills.\nAnalyze technical needs and contribute to the design, documentation, and implementation of new technical solutions.\nEnsure the security, resilience, and scalability of the IT infrastructure across all sites.\nStay up to date with relevant technologies and propose improvements to enhance the IT landscape.\n\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.\nMinimum 10 years of proven experience in a similar role with demonstrated progression.\nValid driving license (Category B).\nYou have a good command of technical English and a passive knowledge of Dutch (you can understand Dutch-speaking participants during meetings and work based on documentation written in Dutch).\n\nTechnical Skills\nStrong expertise in managing a Windows 11 desktop fleet and related peripherals.\nSolid knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2019/2022.\nGood overall knowledge of Linux.\nStrong understanding of LAN/WAN configuration.\nKnowledge of relational databases.\n\nAssets (Nice to Have)\nExperience with Aruba switches.\nKnowledge of Red Hat Enterprise 9, JBoss, Docker.\nKnowledge of PostgreSQL and MS SQL Server.\nExperience with VMware ESX virtualization.\nBasic software development knowledge.\nExperience creating MSI packages and scripting in PHP.\nKnowledge of Office 365
