while championing best practices in technical problem-solving and engineering excellence.\nThe Successful Applicant\nBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.\nAt least 5 years of experience in product engineering, manufacturing engineering, NPI, or product lifecycle management.\nStrong knowledge of mechanical design principles, GD&T, tolerance analysis, DFMA, and reliability engineering.\nExperience supporting complex systems involving fluidics, electromechanical assemblies, or precision instruments.\nHands-on knowledge of pumps, valves, sensors, manifolds, tubing, flow control systems, or related fluid handling technologies.\nFamiliarity with engineering tools such as CAD, PLM systems, Excel, Minitab, JMP, or equivalent analytical software.\nExperience applying structured problem-solving methodologies including DOE, FMEA, SPC, 8D, or KT processes.\nUnderstanding of regulated product development environments and engineering change control processes.\nProven ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams and influence stakeholders through data-driven recommendations.\nExperience in product characterization,
