and develop a high-performing Supply Chain Network Operations organization\nDesign and implement operational governance frameworks, KPIs, and performance management systems\nDrive end-to-end customer delivery performance, service levels, and operational reliability\nLead outsourced manufacturing operations while optimizing supply, capacity, and inventory strategies\nPartner closely with planning, procurement, manufacturing, quality, engineering, and commercial teams to align business priorities\nDevelop risk mitigation, contingency planning, and capacity expansion strategies across the supply chain network\nChampion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, cost efficiency, quality, and operational performance\nThe Successful Applicant\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or a related discipline\nAt least 10 years of leadership experience within supply chain, manufacturing operations, outsourced manufacturing, or related environments\nProven track record building, transforming, or scaling operational organizations and teams\nStrong understanding of S&OP, demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, capacity planning, and manufacturing operations\nExperience managing supply constraints, production ramp-ups, business growth, and capacity expansion initiatives\nDemonstrated ability to translate commercial objectives into operational execution strategies\nStrong stakeholder management, organizational leadership, and change management capabilities\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and
