Diese spannenden Aufgaben erwarten dich:

  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastrukturen unserer mittelständischen Kunden
  • Administration von Microsoft Windows Server- und Client-Systemen
  • Einrichtung und Betreuung von Microsoft 365- und Cloud-Lösungen
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im 1st-, 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support
  • Durchführung von Kundenbesuchen und Vor-Ort-Einsätzen
  • Umsetzung spannender IT-Projekte, z. B. Servermigrationen, Cloud-Migrationen und IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit einem erfahrenen Team von IT-Spezialisten
Das bringst du mit:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration, IT-Systemelektroniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der Administration von Windows-Umgebungen
  • Erfahrung mit: Windows Server & Windows Client | Netzwerke | IT-Sicherheit | Microsoft 365 | Cloud-Dienste (Microsoft Azure von Vorteil)
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist und Kundenorientierung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Führerschein Klasse B oder Bereitschaft, diesen mit unserer Unterstützung zu erwerben
