Major Activities
- Forecasting: Maintain and improve unit demand/sales forecasts (unconstrained demand) for specific sub-categories.
- Performance Analysis: Bring historical performance data into cross-functional discussions to help shape future assortment decisions.
- Inventory Management: Manage the end-to-end (E2E) lifecycle for assigned items, from initial launch to final exit.
- Tactical Adjustments: Adjust replenishment settings based on item roles (e.g., core vs. seasonal) to optimize stock levels.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as the primary inventory contact for junior-level merchants and vendors.

Minimum Type of Experience Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in inventory, planning, or retail buying.
- Proven ability to identify trends in sales and inventory data.
