The role will be responsible for developing monetization strategies, improving revenue performance and delivering innovative product solutions while maintaining a positive user experience.\n\nKey ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy and Planning\nOwn the product roadmap for social monetization, defining product direction and business goals aligned with key performance indicators.\n\nConduct market and competitor research to identify monetization opportunities and emerging trends in social networking and dating applications.\n\nMonetization Strategy and Innovation\nDevelop and optimize monetization models, including subscription tiers, membership privileges, pricing strategies and in-app purchases.\n\nExplore new monetization opportunities across social networking features and user engagement scenarios.\n\nDesign and optimize paywalls and conversion funnels to improve revenue performance while balancing user experience.\n\nProduct Design and Delivery\nTranslate business requirements into product specifications, user flows and prototypes.\n\nCollaborate with Engineering, Design and QA teams to drive product development and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.\n\nCoordinate product releases, milestones and cross-functional dependencies.\n\nData-Driven Growth and Experimentation\nDefine and monitor key performance metrics, including paying rate, average revenue per user (ARPU), renewal rate and revenue.\n\nDesign and conduct A/B experiments to evaluate product features, pricing strategies and conversion performance.\n\nAnalyse product performance and user behaviour to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nWork closely with business, product, engineering and data teams to align product priorities and execution.\n\nFacilitate communication and coordination between Singapore-based stakeholders and China-based R&D teams.\n\nShare product knowledge and best practices to support continuous improvement.\n\nRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics or a related discipline.\n\nMinimum 6 years of product management experience in consumer-facing internet or mobile applications.\n\nAt least 3 years of hands-on experience in monetization products, including subscriptions, memberships, in-app purchases or virtual goods.\n\nProven track record of driving revenue growth, improving conversion rates or increasing ARPU.\n\nStrong understanding of monetization strategies, pricing models, paywall design and mobile in-app purchase mechanisms.\n\nStrong analytical skills, including funnel analysis, cohort analysis and A/B experimentation.\n\nExperience developing product requirements, user flows and prototypes using tools such as Figma or Axure.\n\nProven ability to independently manage complex product initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.\n\nProficiency in Mandarin is required for product discussions, requirements reviews and coordination with China-based R&D teams, where Mandarin is the primary working language.\n\nPreferred QualificationsExperience in social networking, dating, instant messaging or similar consumer-facing applications.\n\nFamiliarity with Southeast Asian markets, user behaviour and payment preferences.\n\nExperience managing monetization within social or two-sided platforms.\n\nWorking knowledge of SQL and product analytics tools.\n\nExperience using AI tools to support product research, analysis and documentation.\n\nSkills\nLiaising with cross functional
