Night Auditor (m/f/d)

Your mission

Our team creates a wide range of experiences tailored to the needs and wishes of each occasion in a variety of hotel rooms, event and public spaces. In our restaurant, café and bar we serve the best local produce, sourced from a sustainable network of farmers, hunters and suppliers we trust, as well as from our own Michelberger Hof, a food forest in Spreewald/Brandenburg.

The Michelberger family also includes the ORA Restaurant, the bistro THEKE, the MXPSM distillery, the PEOPLE Festivals and the drinks manufacturer Fountain of Youth.

In the advertised position, you will work both late shifts and night shifts, in which you will take on the tasks and responsibilities of a night audit.

• Looking after hotel guests as part of a team
• Check in/out
• Concierge service
• Handling of daily closing & invoicing of reception and the other outlets
• Email & telephone correspondence
• Preparation of the daily business
• Inventory of reception merchandise
• Guest service
• Night security tour

Your profile

• 2-5 years of professional experience from the hotel industry & reception work preferable
• Advanced knowledge of common hotel software & MS Office
• Good knowledge of German and English
• Friendly & cultivated appearance
• Completed professional training in the hotel industry
