This back-of-house technical specialist ensures workshop excellence, safety, productivity, and technical quality across the centre. You will be responsible for optimising workshop flow and bay utilisation, maintaining the highest standards of technical quality and safety, coaching technicians, and stepping up to lead the centre operationally in the Centre Manager’s absence.
