The successful candidate will help maintain and support the Group’s IT systems and networks, ensuring the smooth running, security and reliability of day-to-day IT operations across our business and retail outlets around the islands.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nProvide technical support by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and network issues.\n\nInstall, configure and maintain computer systems, hardware upgrades, software applications and mobile devices.\n\nAssist employees with technical issues and provide guidance on secure and efficient use of technology.\n\nCoordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.\n\nManage IT asset procurement, tracking, maintenance and decommissioning.\n\nAssist with network administration, including TCP/IP networks, LAN/WAN infrastructure, switches, routers and wireless access points.\n\nAdminister and support Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Business Central.\n\nSupport the integration and maintenance of software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions.\n\nImplement and maintain IT security measures, including multi-factor authentication (MFA), password policies and endpoint protection.\n\nMonitor system logs, security monitoring tools and alerts, and assist in responding to security threats.\n\nMaintain compliance with IT policies, industry standards and internal audit requirements.\n\nConduct risk assessments and implement appropriate mitigation measures.\n\nMonitor daily backups, perform routine test restores and maintain disaster recovery plans to support business continuity.\n\nRequirements\n\nA qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n\n1–2 years of experience in IT administration, system support or network support.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft environments, including Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft 365.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.\n\nA proactive approach and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.\n\nA team player who enjoys working in a dynamic environment.\n\nA valid Maltese driving licence and own transport.\n\nConsidered an Asset:\n\nExperience within the retail sector.\n\nMicrosoft or Azure
