The candidate should have strong fundamental accounting knowledge, including a clear understanding of fixed asset accounting concepts such as capitalization, depreciation, asset additions, transfers and disposals, along with the related debit and credit accounting entries. Experience in project accounting, month-end close activities, reconciliations, and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is preferred.
