DEINE AUFGABEN:

  • Du übernimmst die komplette kaufmännische Auftragsbearbeitung von der Anlage bis zur Fakturierung.

  • Du verantwortest die termingerechte Bestellung von Waren bei unseren Lieferanten.

  • Du bearbeitest Reklamationen professionell und lösungsorientiert in enger Abstimmung mit Kunden und Partnern.

DEIN PROFIL:

  • Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen (z. B. Büromanagement, Industriekaufmann/-frau oder im KFZ-Bereich).

  • Du bringst Erfahrung in der Auftragsbearbeitung und idealerweise im Reklamationswesen mit. Kenntnisse im Bereich Autoglas oder KFZ-Teilehandel sind ein großes Plus.

  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent, arbeitest strukturiert und verlierst auch bei hohem Arbeitsaufkommen nicht den Überblick.

  • Du bist sicher am Telefon, serviceorientiert und hast ein freundliches Auftreten gegenüber Kunden und Kollegen.

  • Der sichere Umgang mit MS Office ist für dich selbstverständlich.
