Contract Management Process (CLM)\nCoordinate the entire contract lifecycle through the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform.\nIncorporate amendments and updates requested by Contract or Account Owners into contracts.\n2. Post-Activation Contract Activities\nEnsure contract activation and manage any subsequent amendments.\nMonitor contract execution, as well as termination and renewal processes.\n3. Collaboration with Regional Legal Teams\nAct as the primary point of contact for assigned regions.\nEnsure alignment between regional business needs and the CLM process.\nManage collaboration with regional stakeholders to support the understanding and application of contract management processes.\n4. Back-Office Support\nProvide back-office support to the Corporate Legal Department and regional legal teams.\nManage administrative and operational activities outside the CLM process, including: Legal documentation management. Coordination of requests received from Legal teams. Support for Legal Operations initiatives and projects.\n5.
