- - - - - - - - - -\nFunctionally attached to the to the Group's Customs and ESG Corporate team, the Customs & Digital Process Engineering Lead is responsible for the definition and deployment of the processes and digital strategy for customs compliance;\nThe role also leads projects for the integration of environmental requirements (CBAM, EUDR, etc.) and contributes to the various projects of the Group Transformation (PLUTO, GATE, Hubs, FOP...), while ensuring regulatory compliance and customs operational efficiency.\nThis position is part of an international cross-functional team in close collaboration with the Group's legal, supply chain, finance, IT and purchasing teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Management of Customs, digital, environmental and flow transformation\nManage and coordinate all projects related to customs such as digital, environmental and transformation Group projects (PLUTO, GATE, hubs, FOP, etc.).\nEnsure the consistency and compliance of projects with European and international customs and environmental regulations. \nWork in close collaboration with internal functions (legal, finance, supply chain, IT, purchasing, etc.). \nDefinition and deployment of the Customs digital strategy:\nDefine and deploy the Group's digital customs strategy. \nDesign, implement and maintain digital tools for managing customs flows. \nIdentify areas for improvement (reporting, automation, compliance) and establish a multi-year roadmap. \nCollaborate with the ECO - Export Control Process teams. \nManagement and monitoring of budgets associated with the various projects and desired developments\nRegulatory monitoring and anticipation of digital developments:\nEnsure the follow-up of international regulatory changes made by country customs officials (Customs, CBAM, EUDR, etc.).\nAnticipate the impacts on internal processes and propose action plans. \nContribute to the change management within the global customs network. \nContinuous improvement:\nIdentify and deploy solutions to make data quality more reliable and automate processes. \nGuarantee compliance and operational performance. \nBack Office Supervision EUR:\nLead and supervise digital Customs teams, import/export managers, in collaboration with the local Export control teams, especially for the new entities of the Group.\nPropose improvements to organizations on a global scale regarding standardization, empowerment of teams, enhancement of skills \nSupport, assistance and organization for the digital process for the global customs network inside the Group\nAccompany the global network (and particularly Europe) in the application of controls, the analysis of alerts and the management of flows.\nStandardization of customs organization and processes \nGovernance and animation\nParticipation in Global Trade Customs meetings \nAnimation of compliance governance and collaboration with the various functions of the Group (legal, finance, supply chain, purchasing, IT, etc.) \nMandatory skills\n Bachelor’s Degree (International Trade, Law, Economics, Customs, Logistics or equivalent). \nKnowledge of the international regulatory framework in terms of Customs, foreign trade control, environmental regulations (CBAM, EUDR, etc.) and management of complex logistics flows. \nMinimum 5 years of professional experience, ideally incustoms, consulting, law in multinational companies. \nFluent in English (French would be a plus). \nProven experience in contributing todigital initiatives \nRecommended skills\nStrong Project Management skills to coordinate cross-functional and international projects (digital, environmental and flow transformation). \nLeadership skills, ability to coordinate and work in a multidisciplinary and international environment (experience in team management would be a plus). \nCommunication skills, ability to popularize and implement compliance arbitrations. \nAbility to drive change. \nAbility to adapt to a complex and changing environment. \nGood knowledge of theMichelin Group's organization and practices. \nParticularities of the position\nGlobal scope, including all Michelin Group companies and new acquired entities. \nMobility and flexibility, work in agile mode. \nAvailability for 6 months of training in Clermont Ferrand with the Global Trade Customs Teams. \nIn Michelin we offer:\nHybrid way of working;\n\nA customizable benefits package with options to choose: gym access, medical or dental services, private retirement pension, deduction of public transport costs, cultural activities vouchers etc.\n\nPrivate medical subscription;\n\nLife insurance;\n\nLunch vouchers and discounts;\n\nDeduction of vacation costs.\n\nHow we recruit:\nOnce you submit your application, one of our recruiters reviews it.
