Minimum Requirements 1. Ability to work a 12-hour shift beginning either 7AM or 7PM. 2. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. 3. Ability to be a team player and interact with colleagues. 4. Ability to handle tread rolls 40 - 140 pounds repeatedly. 5. Pay attention to detail. 6. Good computer skills. Principal Duties (additional duties may be assigned) 1. Set up the extruder line. 2. Calculate the scale factor for the SKU to be run. 3. Change the extruder width if needed. 4. Monitor the width and scale weight closely. 5. Monitor slab, feed band and rework rolls being fed into the hopper. Record mix information into the “Extruder in program” each time a new pallet is started. 6. Perform checks called out on measurements in the Extruder data Collection program at start up. 7. Check the extrusion temperature as soon as rubber exits extruder. 8. Operate the extruder to quality extrusions of the
